.. is something that I am really useless at. I remember reading a ‘choose your own adventure’ book when I was younger and one of the laws of the fantastical Ninja was “My universe is my eyes and my ears” I know what it was getting at but I seem to take it more literally in my life. I guess it’s more like out of sight, out of mind. It’s not deliberate or malicious, I simply have trouble keeping my mind on things, maybe I’m off with the bloody fairies –I don’t know why it’s the case but I know I do struggle. Even with things like Facebook with people bombarding you all the time, Email, Twitter and all the the other web 2.0 social bloody meandering. I read it, but I don’t keep up with it and I tend not to reply or get involved. I do wish I was better at communicating on the whole – I wonder if it’s a skill I’ve lost or just something I’m poor at. Either way, it’s something I’d like to improve. I know a whole bunch of people who are far better at it than me – I just don’t know how to turn it around.
Any ideas?

I was very impressed looking at this speech this week, for 56 years few of us can hope to affect the world in such a way. RIP
